Since joining Shoreham Bank in 2024, l've focused on the administrative side of SBA 7(a) lending. My responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, tracking loan files, and ensuring each step in the process meets regulatory and internal requirements.
I also handle the tracking and management of property improvement disbursements and monitor the status of appraisals to ensure timely and accurate processing. I work behind the scenes to support the lending team and help small businesses access the capital they need through the SBA program.
