    • Must be a U.S. based business located in the U.S.
    • Entity must be 100% owned and controlled by a U.S. Citizen.
    • A positive D/NW and DSCR of 1.25x is required in the most recently filed tax year and interims.
    • Minimum FICO Score of 700
    • Current on All Government Related Loans.
    • Must be Organized for Profit.
