Shoreham Bank was proud to sponsor the 49th Annual Cape Verdean Independence Day Festival, which took place at Roger Williams Park in Providence, RI. It was a great day of celebrating Cape Verdean heritage, enjoying delicious food, and listening to great music. Thanks to the Rhode Island Cape Verdean Heritage Board for organizing such a fantastic event.

Ice Cream Sponsor - Robert L. Bailey, IV Elementary

Shoreham Bank supported the students’ field day at Robert L. Bailey, IV Elementary School by providing ice cream for the students and staff. It was a day filled with joyful students enjoying the beautiful weather and refreshing, ice-cold treats. Thank you to everyone involved in organizing the tasty treats!

Shoreham bank sponsored the Annual Celebration & Silent auction for Beacon Charter schools Center for the Arts in Woonsocket. Our team was honored to celebrate the community of student artists and were treated to a showcase of performances from the students. Thank you to everyone involved in organizing the event.

Shoreham bank was proud to sponsor “Have a Heart”, a Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors Charity Benefit and awards night. Our mortgage loan officers Sean Hogan and John Geisser represented Shoreham Bank at the event. The proceeds of the event benefited the Northern Rhode Island Food Pantry, a charity organization providing high-quality foods and services to individuals and families in the Northern Rhode Island area.

Shoreham Bank is a proud sponsor of the FLY Initiative (Financial Literacy Youth Initiative). The initiative is dedicated to creating systemic change, advocating for financial education for all Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) in Rhode Island, and ending generational poverty. We are very proud to be sponsoring such a worthy cause.

RI Cape Verdean Heritage Independence Day Festival

Shoreham Bank Sponsored the 48th Annual Cape Verdean Independence Day Festival, which took place at India Point Park, in Providence, RI. The event celebrates Cape Verdean heritage while also provide some fantastic food and great entertainment. 

We are pleased to partner with Adoption Rhode Island and display their Heart Gallery throughout our branches. This is a traveling exhibit of professional portraits of children currently in state care waiting and hoping for forever families or other loving permanent connection.

Shoreham Bank is proud to sponsor the innovative work of the Beacon Charter School. The school's mission is to develop artistic thinkers by nurturing self-expression while preparing their graduates with the academic skills necessary for sustained post-secondary success.
