Niuvi brings ten years of experience in mortgage operations and underwriting, along with a strong commitment to expanding access to homeownership. She is dedicated to providing financial literacy education and assisting first-time home buyers and families, particularly within underserved low- and moderate-income communities, helping clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence.
